The subscription plans
Three plans, and they all include the same thing. There are no add-on modules, no features reserved for those who pay more, no tests unlocked separately: what changes is how much work you do in them each month.
What every plan includes
- Every instrument in the catalogue, including those added in future. For each patient you choose which to administer, area by area.
- The links and QR codes for patients, which are always free for the patient: they are asked for nothing, at the start or at the end.
- Automatic scoring and the technical report, with the scores, the bands and the comparisons the instrument provides for.
- Monitoring over time: short measurements repeated at the interval you choose, the trend on a chart, and an alert when a score worsens or a risk flag appears.
- The toolbox: worksheets, observation grids, diaries and material to give to patients.

How assessments and monitoring series are counted
The two limits work differently, and it is worth knowing that before you choose.
Assessments are counted per month. An assessment is a link generated for a patient. The count resets on the first of each month: on the Standard plan you can open fifteen in January, fifteen in February, and so on.
The monthly allowance does not roll over. If you use three in a month, the twelve left do not carry into the next: the new month starts again at fifteen, not twenty-seven. The same applies in reverse, that is, you cannot draw on next month's assessments early.
Links generated and never used still count, because it is the link that takes the slot the moment you create it.
Monitoring is counted on what is running now. A monitoring series is not an event that ends: it keeps sending measurements until you close it. That is why the number does not reset with the new month, and why it tells you how many patients you can follow at once. Closing or pausing a series frees the slot immediately.
The limits apply to new activations. An assessment already under way or a monitoring series already running carries on to its conclusion, even if in the meantime the limit is full or you have moved down to a smaller plan.
Why there are limits at all
Because every report costs us something. The overall reading, the case formulation and the opening interview, where used, are processing we pay for by usage to the provider that runs it, in Europe. A flat unlimited subscription only works if the customer uses the service little, and would end up penalising exactly those who work the most. We would rather say what is included and then stand by it.
La prova
I primi 30 days are free. The count starts when we activate your account, that is, once we have verified your registration with the professional body and your documents, not on the day you apply: the days spent in verification are not deducted.
Your card is registered straight away, before the first link, but the first charge comes at the end of the trial. Until that day you can cancel without spending anything. This is so the service does not switch off in the middle of a pathway already under way with a patient.
Cambiare piano, o smettere
You can change plan whenever you like from your private area, and the change is immediate. The subscription is cancelled from the same page and remains valid until the end of the period already paid for.
When it expires you lose nothing of what you have done: the assessments, reports and trends already collected remain available to consult, because they are clinical records of patients in your care. What stops is new work, that is, new links and the sending of new measurements.
Cosa resta fuori
Some instruments belong to publishers or authors who license them for a fee, per administration. Those are not included in any plan and carry a surcharge next to their name in the catalogue: you see it before you tick them, and you pay it only if you decide to use them. Even then, the patient pays nothing.
The full rules are in the terms for professionals.
