Cosa ti offre beassessed

Every instrument on the platform, at your disposal. For each patient you choose which to administer, area by area, from the full catalogue.
You are never alone in choosing. If you are starting out or unsure, the platform points you in the right direction and suggests the most suitable instruments for the reason for the assessment: you build a coherent battery without starting from scratch.
You compose the report yourself, section by section. Synthesis, case formulation, score tables, free-text sheets, your clinical interpretation: each is kept or removed with a checkbox, and the document you hand over contains only what you chose. Automated processing, artificial intelligence included, is support you decide whether to use; the report remains your work, and that is what gives it its worth.
The toolbox. Beyond the instruments, a section of tools for everyday work: worksheets, tables, observation grids, diaries and material to give to patients, ready to download and to find again from any computer instead of scattered across folders and email attachments. It grows over time, and if you have material you think belongs there you can propose it by writing to contatti@beassessed.it: it is reviewed and, if it fits, made available to everyone.
Requests from people who have no professional. People who come to beassessed on their own and ask for a consultation after the screening often have no one to turn to. Those requests are offered to registered colleagues, chosen by the team according to their area of expertise and availability. Registering is what puts you in that pool.
This is not a lead-generation service and we guarantee no number of contacts: how many requests arrive, and in which areas, varies over time and is not up to us. It is an additional possibility, not the reason to register.

The details are checked against the CNOP public national register of psychologists before the account is activated. Registration is a legal requirement for the profession in Italy.

Details that will appear on your reports *

Every report you issue carries at the top your name, your registration number, your VAT number and your contact details: that is what makes the document attributable to you and verifiable by whoever receives it.

Your privacy notice

For your patients' data you are the data controller: beassessed processes it on your behalf, as processor. At the moment they give consent, your patient must see your name, your contact details and your privacy notice, so they know who to approach about their rights.

How it works. For your patients' data you are the controller, so the privacy notice they are entitled to read is yours, not ours. We do not write it for you, for a precise reason: it is a legal document you answer for. If you have already published it somewhere, you can give its address from your private area and your patients will see it at the moment of consent.

How long data is kept. Article 17 of the Italian psychologists' code of conduct sets a minimum of five years from the end of the professional relationship, subject to specific rules. Contractual liability, however, lapses after ten years (Article 2946 of the Civil Code), and it is within that period that the records may serve to defend you: for this reason the platform adopts 10 years from the last activity, and that is the period proposed in your notice as well. You may state a different one and the choice remains yours, but you must be able to justify it. For patients who are minors the limitation period runs from their eighteenth birthday, so the real term is longer.

Pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Italian Presidential Decree 445/2000, and aware of the criminal liability for false statements under Article 76 of the same decree, I declare that I am duly registered with the Register of Psychologists under the details given above, licensed to practise, and covered by valid professional indemnity insurance.

Limitation of liability. I acknowledge that beassessed is a supplier of software tools: it does not provide healthcare services and accepts no responsibility for assessments, interpretations, diagnoses or any clinical activity, which remain solely within my competence and responsibility as a licensed professional, nor for my relationships with my patients. I have read and accept the terms for professionals, which govern prices, subscription and cancellation.

Your professional details (including your identity document and your registration and insurance data) are processed by beassessed, which is the controller of that data, in order to verify your credentials and manage your account, as described in theinformativa privacy. Il identity document is deleted automatically once the registration check is complete; of the other data, what is needed to manage the account is kept.
