The map

The whole site, on one screen.

  1. Step 01 Choose the area

Seven areas, from individual wellbeing to couples, from sport to work. You start from what concerns you, not from one questionnaire for everyone.

  2. Step 02 Choose the level

An essential screening, a Plus screening with practical guidance, or the full assessment including a consultation with a psychologist. What changes is the depth, not the rigour.

  3. Step 03 Complete it and receive the report

You complete the questionnaires at home, at your own pace. Scores are calculated following the procedure published by the authors of each instrument; where no validated cut-offs exist, the report gives the raw figure and says so.

  4. Step 04 Longitudinal observation

An assessment is a snapshot. Short measurements repeated over time tell you whether something is changing, and in which direction.

Assess work-related stress

The instrument for the assessment required by Italian law on workplace safety, which remains the employer's responsibility: anonymous questionnaire and signed report, ready to attach to the risk assessment document.

In a few seconds

To be at your best, in any field, you have to avoid concentrating on that alone. The surest way to sabotage our performance is to stake everything on one thing: when a single goal matters more than any other, it becomes a weight we cannot carry for long, and sooner or later it crushes us.

To avoid falling into that fear, no single goal should take up all our attention. Fear, after all, is a defence: not a reasoned choice but an instinctive response from the oldest part of the brain in the face of the risk of being hurt. It remains a deep fear all the same, able to switch off the intention before we even act.

So if we truly want to be at our best, we have to take weight off that single goal and spread it. It is a paradox: the harder you push in one direction, the less you get.

Know yourself better, so you can see what to build on, feel effective, and feel free.

Freely inspired by the work of Giorgio Nardone

Method

From the screening
to the report.

Four steps. No shortcuts, no automatic diagnosis.

01

Sign up, follow the instructions and complete the questionnaires

An initial form covers several psychological areas, according to the section you choose.

02

The system guides you to the end of the assessment pathway

Where the answers call for it, targeted follow-up instruments are proposed.

03

You will receive a detailed final report

Where each result sits on the scale, and an explanation of what it measures.

04

If the pathway continues, change is measured too

With a psychologist, short measurements repeated over time show whether something is moving, and in which direction.

Monitoring

An assessment
is a snapshot.
The pathway is a story.

A report tells you how you are today. On its own, though, it does not tell you whether you are better than a month ago, or whether what you are doing together is working.

So when the assessment continues with a psychologist, beassessed can keep measuring: at an interval the professional decides, usually weekly, the patient receives a short questionnaire taking a few minutes. The scores line up on a timeline, and the professional sees the trend rather than the single point.

The system tells noise from signal: a change is flagged as reliable change only when it exceeds the instrument's ordinary fluctuation. If a score worsens, or an answer indicating risk appears, the clinician receives an alert. The patient has nothing to remember: they simply receive the link.

It is the approach known in the literature as Measurement-Based Care: measuring during the course of care, not only at the start. It remains a tool in the professional's hands, and the clinical decisions are theirs.

Solutions

Choose how to begin.

For those using the service privately: from any pathway you can later book a consultation with a psychologist.

Basic screening
24,90

Choose the area that concerns you and answer the questions: the report arrives immediately, showing where each result sits on its scale and explaining what that scale measures. You can see where each result falls and which areas deserve a closer look. A sense of direction, not a verdict.

Screening Plus
49,90

The whole picture, not the numbers one by one: results are read in relation to each other, so the thread that ties them together comes out. With them you receive practical techniques chosen for your profile from those documented in the research literature: something to put into practice, not only to read.

With consultation
199,00

Beyond the validated clinical questionnaires, a deeper battery read by a psychologist on the professional register: you receive an official psychodiagnostic report, written and signed by a professional, e il feedback consultation is included. Results of this kind are not handed over on a sheet of paper: they are explained.

Screening never replaces the clinical judgement of a professional.

Anonymous questionnaire, results aggregated by group and a report signed by a psychologist. It does not replace the risk assessment required by Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, which the employer can carry out free of charge on the INAIL online platform.

Frequently asked questions

The answers, before the questions.

Are the results a diagnosis?

No, and the difference is not a formality: screening and diagnosis answer two different questions.

screening points the way. It gathers what you report in a structured way, organises it by area, and highlights where it might be worth looking more closely. It is not a standardised test and it does not compare your results with a reference sample: it describes your individual case, right now. It tells you where to look, not what you are seeing.

diagnosis interprets. It comes from the interview, from your history, from direct observation, and above all from ruling out the other possible explanations: sleeping badly may come from anxiety, but also from a medical condition, a medication, or a hard period of life. Telling them apart is a clinical act that the law reserves to licensed professionals, and no score can take its place.

In practice: with the Screening you receive an orienting reading, useful for understanding how you are and where to start. With the Professional assessment the pathway also includes validated clinical tests, read and reported by a psychologist on the professional register who integrates them into the overall picture and writes a signed psychodiagnostic report; any diagnosis is theirs to make. The feedback consultation is included: results of this kind are not handed over on a document, they are explained.

Who is behind beassessed?

A psychologist and psychotherapist on the professional register, with over 15 years of experience in clinical work and psychodiagnostic assessment. The instruments offered include validated clinical tests and screening questionnaires; the choice of questionnaires is his. In the Professional assessment the clinical reading is his and carries his signature; in the screening pathways the report is produced automatically and no psychologist writes or signs it.

What is monitoring over time?

It is the approach known in the literature as Measurement-Based Care: measuring during the course of care, not only at the start. It remains a tool in the professional's hands, and the clinical decisions are theirs.

An assessment tells you how you are at a given moment. It does not tell you whether you are better or worse than before, and it does not tell you whether what you are doing to feel better is working. To know that, you have to measure more than once.

If your care continues with a psychologist, they can switch on monitoring: at an interval they decide, usually once a week, a short questionnaire arrives by email with a personal link and takes a few minutes. You have nothing to remember and you do not repeat the whole assessment: it is a few questions, always the same ones, chosen because they are sensitive to change.

The results line up on a chart. The professional no longer looks at the single score but at the direction: whether a difficulty is easing, standing still, or getting worse. The system flags a reliable change only when the difference is large enough that it cannot be explained by the instrument's ordinary fluctuation: one point more or less, on its own, means nothing.

Monitoring is optional, it stops whenever you or the professional decide, and it does not replace the sessions: it makes them better informed.

How is my data protected?

Your information is kept on servers in Europe, in compliance with the GDPR, and treated as health data. Your professional is the only person who reads your answers, bound by professional confidentiality. To compose the report, the scores are processed by a technology provider acting on behalf of the data controller: it receives neither your name nor your email address, it may not use them to train its own systems, and it is required to delete its operational logs within a few days. Data is kept for the period required by law.

Can I pause and resume later?

Yes. If you stop, you can return through the same link and pick up where you left off: the answers you have already given stay saved.

How much does it cost and how does payment work?

For individuals there are three pathways: Basic Screening (24,90 ) and Screening Plus (49,90 ), with an immediate automatic report (Plus goes deeper, with personalised suggestions); Professional assessment (199,00 ), with the instruments read and reported by a psychologist and the feedback consultation included. From the two screening pathways the consultation can be requested separately (80,00 ). Payment is taken on a secure page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). For professionals there is a monthly subscription in three plans, Standard 35,00 €, Max 79,00 € e Super 169,00 per month (plus VAT): all of them include instruments, links and monitoring, none has features to unlock separately, and what changes is only how many new assessments are opened each month and how many monitoring series run at once, with 30 days of free trial; for the patient it is always free. Only publisher-licensed instruments remain pay-per-use.

I am a psychologist: how do I use beassessed with patients?

You register your profile and generate a personal link for each patient. Instruments arrive ready to use, with immediate scoring and reports. After the report you can also send your patient, with one click, a targeted addition of further instruments, to go deeper where it is needed. You can also switch on monitoring over time: short measurements repeated at the interval you choose, with the trend on a chart and an alert if something worsens. You can follow several patients, with the psychodiagnostic assessment in your hands.

What is the work-related stress assessment for organisations?

The risk assessment required by Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 remains the employer’s obligation and can be carried out free of charge on the INAIL online platform, reached from www.inail.it with SPID, CIE or CNS. beassessed offers something different and complementary: a psychological assessment of employee wellbeing, with validated and properly licensed instruments, an anonymous questionnaire, results aggregated by group and a report signed by a psychologist.

Are employees' answers really anonymous?

Yes. The workplace questionnaire requires no login, and results become visible only once a minimum number of answers per group has been reached, so no answer can be traced back to an individual.

Psychologists

The service you were looking for,
the right space for you.

The instruments are ready to use, with immediate scoring and reports. You choose them yourself from the full catalogue, and if you are unsure the platform suggests the most suitable ones. You generate a personal link for each patient: it is included in the subscription, and the patient pays nothing.

Instruments ready to use

The catalogue is already coded: administration, scoring and an immediate technical report, with nothing to configure.

You choose, or it guides you

Build the battery one instrument at a time. If you are unsure, the platform suggests those best suited to the reason for the assessment.

You compose the report

Every section is a box you switch on or off. What you switch off appears in no copy, and remains in the data all the same.

Go deeper along the way

If a profile deserves a closer look, add instruments with one click: the patient resumes where they left off and the report updates by itself.

Monitoring over time

Short measurements repeated at the interval you choose, with the trend on a chart and an alert if something worsens.

Requests from people looking for

People who arrive here on their own and ask for a consultation after the screening often have no one to turn to: those requests are offered to registered colleagues. How many arrive varies, so this is not a promise.

We write the privacy notice

You are the controller of your patients' data. We compose the privacy notice with your details: you read it, you adopt it, and your patient finds it at the moment of consent, with your name and your contact details.

Three plans, all of them include everything

What changes is how many assessments you open each month and how many monitoring series you keep running, not what you can do. Monitoring is included in all plans, and the first 30 free days. Only publisher-licensed instruments remain pay-per-use. The patient never pays anything.

Your patient stays your patient, from the beginning of the pathway to the end.

You sign the report, so you compose it

Every section, the linked synthesis, the case formulation, the score tables, the free-text sheets, your clinical interpretation, is a box you switch on or off. What you switch off appears neither in your copy nor in the patient's, and remains in the data all the same.

Automated tools, artificial intelligence included, remain a support: the document you hand over contains only what you have decided to make your own. That is also what gives it its worth, because that report is, to all intents and purposes, the clinician's work.

On your patients' data

You are the data controller

beassessed acts as processor on your behalf, under a agreement you read before signing up.

You see only your own patients

And every access is logged: you can ask for a copy whenever you want.

Name and email never leave Europe

Not even for automated processing, which receives scores and text but no identifying data.

You can take the data with you at any time

In a format another program can read: useful to you, and necessary if a patient exercises their rights.
